Terms of Use

These terms apply to Deck Studio (the "App") made by Andrii Myhal ("we"). By using the App you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Subscriptions
- Creating and editing with AI requires an active subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
2. Credits
- Your plan adds credits every period. Unused plan credits are replaced at renewal; they don't carry over.
- Extra credits you buy separately don't expire and can be used while your subscription is active. Plan credits are used first.
- The cost of a deck or an edit depends on its length and the chosen effort; the App shows your balance before and after.
- If a creation or edit fails, the credits are returned automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
3. Your content
You keep the rights to what you enter and attach. You give us and our service providers the permission needed to process it to create your results, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the rights to anything you upload, including permission from people shown in your photos.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the App to create content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing, or that involves minors inappropriately. Requests that break these rules or the AI provider's policies may be refused. We may limit access after repeated violations. You can report a deck from its menu in the App.
5. AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, made-up facts or unexpected content. Check them before you rely on them or share them. You are responsible for how you use and share your results. You may use your results for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rights of others.
6. Availability
We work to keep the App available, but features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
